Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances: (a) the service was not delivered as agreed or described; (b) the appointment was canceled by Our Homestead Beauty due to unforeseen circumstances; (c) a billing error resulted in an overcharge or duplicate payment.
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases: services that have been fully performed and accepted; cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice; no-shows without prior communication; custom materials ordered specifically for your project.
Cancellations made 48 or more hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours in advance may receive a 50 percent refund or credit toward a future service. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or no-shows are not eligible for a refund, although a credit may be applied at our discretion.
